Big Papa has several television appearances including Travel Channel, Food Truck Faceoff, Destination America, Wink News, The Food Channel, ESPN Speedweek, Superbowl 2009, The Angie Casey Show and Fox 13 cooking with Charlie Belcher and Pitmasters in 2013 as the Florida BBQ expert.
